This 50 min class combines intervals of Pilates, Barre and functional training exercises with bursts of cardio for a serious burn. With a strong focus on the core and other stabilizing muscles, Stroller Strong is the perfect way to regain strength, stamina and stability after baby. When the weather permits, the majority of the workout will be outside, so dress yourself and your babe accordingly. Bring a mat & water!
