The Woodbury Historical Society will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday, November 2, at the Woodbury Senior Center from 2 to 4 PM. The guest speaker will be author and photographer Kevin Woyce who will share stories and his own original photos of New York City's famed skyscrapers built from 1890 till today.
The city with its unique skyline is home to over 6,900 high-rise buildings (of 115 feet or more). At least 132 of them are more than 600 feet tall. The highest building in the U.S and Western Hemisphere is in New York City - the 104-story One World Trade Center. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session and book signing.
