Class 3 of our Homestead Basics series will take us through the different venues for food preservation - from canning to dehydrating to freezing our food - so nothing goes to waste!
Other forms of preservation to be discussed include smoking and salting meats.
All participants will have the opportunity to can and take home something delicious that is in season.
