On Tuesday, November 19 and Tuesday, December 10 from 6:30-7:45 p.m., West Milford Township Library invites you to let go of stress and find strength, balance, and joy with gentle yoga classes led by Michelle Brook, certified Yoga Teacher. Bring your mat or a thick towel, and other props if you have them. There will be mats available to borrow.
Registration and completion of the required waiver form is required. Registration is limited to 20 per class. Please register online at www.wmtl.org/events or by visiting the Adult Services desk. The WMTL Friends will collect a $5.00 per-class fee at the start of the class.
