Benefit from the stress relief, increased flexibility, heightened awareness, and whole body conditioning. Classes include an gentle flow of stretches, breathwork (pranayama), foundational postures for the body and the hands (asana and mudra), Meditation(dyana), inspirational readings and relaxation(savanna)
