On Tuesday, September 24 and Tuesday, October 22, West Milford Township Library invites you to let go of stress and find strength, balance, and joy with gentle yoga classes led by Michelle Brook, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.
Registration and completion of the required waiver form is required. Registration is limited to 18 per class. Please register online at www.wmtl.org/events or by visiting the Adult Services desk. The WMTL Friends will collect a $5.00 per-class fee at the start of the class.
Bring your mat or a thick towel, and other props if you have them. There will be mats available to borrow.
